Washington – $25,000 reward for help recovering stolen Giaquinto antique fine art

Robert Wittman Inc. has asked Antique Trader for its help in recovering “Spring” and “Summer,” important oils by Corrado Giaquinto, which were stolen June 1, 1960 from a private home in Washington.

A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information resulting in the recovery of these stolen works. Shown at left is Corrado Giaquinto’s (Italian, 1690-1765) work titled “Summer,” an oil on canvas measuring 43 inches by 59 1/2 inches. Below right is “Spring,” an oil on canvas  measuring 43 inches by 59 1/2 inches. Only a black and white image is available.
